Blender Institute - Gooseberry

I was 9 months (November 2014 – July 2015) in Amsterdam, Netherlands working for Blender Institute. I worked on this short film.

I was mainly a 3D modeler and texturer, but there were also tasks for me like simple rigging, lighting and setting up some of the shots (often by pre-made lighting setups from others, though - but all the images below are lit by me).

Software that were used were Blender, GIMP, Krita and Inkscape mostly.

  • Excluding the character, I designed, modelled and textured all the objects in this environment (with the feedback from the director)

  • I also painted the cheesy painting in the background
